Actor Bae Jeong-nam shared that he once discovered a man's body while walking his dog on Namsan.
On the 16th, through SBS' "My Little Old Boy," Bae Jeong-nam showed himself visiting a shaman, known as a consultant for the film "Exhuma," to get a fortune reading.
When the shaman said, "There is a grandfather next to you," Bae Jeong-nam recounted how a few years ago, while walking his dog Bell on Namsan, he discovered the body of an elderly man.
Bae Jeong-nam said, "At first, I thought someone was exercising in the woods," and added, "I looked behind and froze on the spot." He went on, "I immediately called the police and reported that I had found an elderly man."
Bae Jeong-nam said, "I also called 119, and they told me to quickly loosen the rope," adding, "At first I said I couldn't, but they kept asking me to help, so I tried." He continued, "Because of the body's weight, the cord wouldn't come undone and I felt like I was going crazy," and added, "Eventually the paramedics came and took care of it, but the shock was huge."
Bae Jeong-nam continued, "For Bell's walks, I couldn't give up that trail," adding, "I poured soju and makgeolli on the spot for 49 days, and I also buried coin money in the ground for the afterlife."
Meanwhile, it was reported that about a month ago Bae Jeong-nam bid farewell to his dog Bell and has been suffering from pet loss syndrome. On the broadcast, the shaman also advised, "As the baby (Bell) left, it took all the bad energy with it. So please let go of the fur you're keeping at home as well."
