Blockbuster Now You See Me 3 (director: Ruben Fleischer | importer: Lotte Entertainment | distributor: Lotte Entertainment, V4M Studio Co., Ltd.) struck screens as it rose to No. 1 at the box office in Korea and worldwide.
Now You See Me 3 surpassed 586,734 cumulative admissions on Sunday, Nov. 16, the opening week's weekend, based on the integrated movie ticketing system, drawing about 600,000 viewers.
Since its release, Now You See Me 3 held a dominant No. 1 spot at the overall movie box office for five straight days, surpassing overseas hits such as Chainsaw Man the Movie: Reze Arc and Predator: The Dead Lands. It also far exceeded the opening-weekend score of 482,499 for F1 the Movie, which remains in the top three box-office hits of 2025.
Now You See Me 3 is showing a truly "crazy" box-office momentum, ranking No. 1 not only in Korea but also in North America and worldwide. It earned $21.3 million in North America over the weekend, an excellent result for a series that had no new installment since 2016. It also earned $54.2 million across 64 overseas territories, bringing its global total to $75.5 million. In addition, amid the worldwide box-office surge of Now You See Me 3, Korea joined China, Russia and Latin America as the fifth-highest grossing market worldwide, including North America, drawing attention.

Moviegoers who watched the film have praised various cinematic elements—from the casting of Now You See Me 3 to the magic staging and enlarged scale from location shoots—so anticipation among prospective viewers who have yet to see the film is also strong. Even this week, after the college entrance exam and midterms, a range of age groups—from students looking to relieve test stress to adult viewers seeking a thrilling cinematic escape from daily life—are choosing Now You See Me 3 in theaters, so the film is expected to continue its box-office run.
