Singer Lee Hyori recalled the cosmetics commercial shoot she did with Hollywood actress Jessica Alba and emphasized the importance of makeup.
On the 15th, a video titled "A frank and candid review of Just Makeup with Hyori" was posted on Hong's MakeuPlay Hong's aunt.
In the video, Lee Hyori recalled, "A long time ago I was shooting with Jessica Alba in Canada for a cosmetics brand, and Jessica Alba was unreal at that time. I was so nervous I'd look worse. But director JUNGSAEMMOOL did the makeup perfectly and she was so pretty, really."
She added, "Even now when I compare the photos she's so pretty. I still remember feeling so confident. There was no one who could match director JUNGSAEMMOOL's makeup that makes people look beautiful," expressing her admiration.
Meanwhile, while watching the video, Lee Hyori candidly shared her thoughts on aging, saying, "Later will there be vertical wrinkles on the eyes? I only get horizontal wrinkles." She went on to explain why she doesn't do smoky eye makeup, saying, "I no longer put dark colors around my eyes. When I do, wrinkles stand out more and the asymmetry of my eyes becomes more noticeable."
Receiving a question from fans asking, "Why don't you do smoky makeup?" Lee Hyori burst into laughter, saying, "You guys don't know; I want to do it too."
