'The god of janggu' Park Seojin's unstoppable momentum continues.
On the 14th at Instapier Arena in Jung-gu, Incheon, at the '2025 Korea Grand Music Awards with iM Bank' (hereinafter '2025 KGMA'), Park Seojin proved his dominance by winning the 'Best trot performance' award.
'2025 KGMA' is an awards ceremony first presented last year by Ilgan Sports (Edaily) to mark its 55th anniversary, and it is a K-pop festival that spotlights K-pop artists and works that received much love from global fans over the year, offering differentiated content.
Earlier, 'the god of janggu' Park Seojin drew attention with stages that overwhelmed audiences and a solid fandom. In particular, earlier this year on MBN's 'King of Singers 2', he won the title of king of singers again, not only for his janggu performance but also for his distinctive timbre, emotion and vocal ability. Later, in October on MBN's '2025 Korea-Japan King of Singers', he led the Korean team to victory, once again reaffirming the strength of K-trot.
