Stray Kids(Stray Kids) won five awards, including two grand prizes, at the 2025 KGMA.
Stray Kids at the '2025 Korea Grand Music Awards with iM Bank' (2025 KGMA), held on the 15th at Incheon Inspire Arena, lifted a total of five trophies, including the grand prizes '2025 Grand Record' and '2025 Grand Honors Choice', as well as 'Best Music 10', 'Music Day most popular award', and 'Best selling album'.
Stray Kids said, "We sincerely thank our STAY (fandom name: STAY) for giving us this valuable award. We received so much love this year, and we know this love and support are not to be taken for granted. When we think about our current happy life, STAY is always at the end of that thought. All of our strength comes from you. We will continue to work harder to be artists you can be proud of," expressing gratitude to their fans.
They added, "The heavier the weight of the award becomes, the more deeply we reflect on the associated concerns, and I want to show that positive reflection with the new album released the week we return. As we have been positively influenced by many seniors before us, we will become Stray Kids who take the lead worldwide in spreading positive influence."
They closed the ceremony with a spectacular ending with performances of the title track "Special" from their 2023 third studio album '★★★★★ (5-STAR)' (Five-Star), the title track "CEREMONY" and the album track "In My Head" from their August-released fourth studio album 'KARMA'.
This year Stray Kids capped a hotter and more decisive year than ever, marking a milestone in the group's growth. On Oct. 18-19 they held an encore concert to conclude the major chapter of their worldwide 35-region, 56-show self-described largest world tour, Stray Kids World Tour < dominATE > (< dominate >), at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium and entered a domestic stadium venue for the first time as a solo act seven years after debut.
Also, with the fourth studio album 'KARMA' directly produced by the group's producing team 3RACHA, they achieved their seventh entry on the Billboard 200 and went straight to No. 1, a first in the chart's 70-year history, and have enjoyed long-running popularity, charting for 11 weeks.
Stray Kids, the award-winning artist having their best year in 2025, will release a new album, SKZ IT TAPE (SKZ IT TAPE) 'DO IT' (DO IT), on the 21st and make a comeback. This album, which will express this hottest and most definitive moment through music, is expected to be an especially meaningful year-end gift for fans, featuring 'Do It' and 'Sinseonnolgeum' as double title tracks.
