RIIZE's first world tour "RIIZING LOUD" is sailing smoothly.
RIIZE began their first world tour with a July Seoul concert and, after performing in Hyogo, Hong Kong, Saitama, Hiroshima, Kuala Lumpur, Fukuoka, Taipei, Tokyo and Bangkok, successfully concluded concerts in Rosemont on Oct. 30 (local time), New York on Nov. 1, Washington, D.C., on Nov. 2, Seattle on Nov. 7, San Francisco on Nov. 9, Los Angeles on Nov. 11 and Mexico City on Nov. 14.
At the New York concert in particular, the members said, "We are glad to be in Anton's hometown, the New Jersey boy," and when the audience shouted "welcome home" together, Anton said, "It feels like a dream come true," drawing attention. After finishing the North American shows, RIIZE said, "There were many places we were visiting for the first time, so we were worried if we could do well, but receiving energy from BRIIZE (the official fan club name) let us enjoy the stage. It will be an unforgettable memory."
RIIZE heated up the atmosphere with stages of different compositions, including "Fly Up," which featured random freestyle dances by members, a hand-mic choreography version of "Siren" that ramped up a hip groove, and "Show Me Love," whose singalong section with fans was especially appealing.
They performed a total of 22 songs, including "Inggeol," "Bag Bad Back," "Midnight Mirage," "Another Life" from their first full-length album, as well as previously released tracks such as "Get A Guitar," "Talk Saxy," "Love 119," "Boom Boom Bass" and "Combo."
Local fans danced in the audience and sang along to songs with Korean lyrics, and enjoyed the concert in various ways, including uploading selfies and performance challenges using the story add feature titled "My RIIZING LOUD," which began on RIIZE's official Instagram account.
Local media such as Billboard, Rolling Stone, Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, BuzzFeed, Zach Sang Show, amNY, ALLURE and FOX 13 Seattle also attended the concerts and showed strong interest in RIIZE.
Meanwhile, RIIZE will release the single "Fame" on Nov. 24, and ahead of that, starting today (the 16th) they are holding a special exhibition titled "Silence: Inside the Fame 고요와 파동" at Ilmin Museum of Art in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
