Singer and actor Cha Eun-woo (real name Lee Dong-min)'s younger brother Lee Dong-hwi made a surprise appearance and became a hot topic.
On the 16th, a video titled "Korea AI Summit 화제의 연구원 | 조용민 | AI전문가 AI브랜딩 이동휘" was released on the YouTube channel 'Sebasi lecture'. The video included footage of researcher Lee Dong-hwi on stage at the "AI Summit Seoul & Expo 2025" held on the 10th.
Lee Dong-hwi, together with Cho Yong-min, CEO of Unbound Lab, delivered a lecture under the theme "AI recipe: AI made for my brother, evolving into a brand verification tool." The atmosphere at the event grew more focused as Lee Dong-hwi introduced the solution he personally planned and explained the aim of trying to solve communication problems between fans, celebrities and brands based on data.
He introduced himself as "I majored in media in China, worked in the advertising industry, and joined this project after sharing my personal concerns with the CEO." He added, "I am grateful to have been invited to the AI summit and to have been able to give a speech."
Lee Dong-hwi said he took the problems he felt while working in fields close to celebrities as the starting point for his solution planning. "Celebrities have many concerns about how to communicate with their fans. Entertainment companies and brand companies also strongly felt the need for data feedback," he said, adding, "I wanted to gather those concerns and create a tool that could solve them."
He expressed deep concern especially about the issue of online malicious comments. "Nowadays media exposure is so frequent that I have seen many cases where celebrities are deeply hurt by malicious comments," he said, emphasizing, "The goal is to create a system that can protect them."
Meanwhile, researcher Lee Dong-hwi is a graduate of Fudan University in China, worked at a well-known domestic advertising company, and later joined Unbound Lab. He became a topic of conversation after being known as Cha Eun-woo's younger brother.
