Actor Kim Ok-bin and comedian Jung Jae-hyung join the ranks of the newlyweds on the same day, Nov. 16. Though they work in different fields, both have met precious partners and are opening a new page in their lives.
First, on the 16th, Kim Ok-bin will pledge a lifetime of marriage with a non-celebrity fiancé. The wedding will be held privately with only family from both sides and close acquaintances attending. The agency asked for understanding, saying, "It is difficult to disclose detailed information out of consideration for the non-celebrity groom and his family."
A day before the wedding, Kim Ok-bin personally expressed gratitude to her fans. She said, "I will get married tomorrow," and added, "It feels right to greet those who have supported me for 20 years." She introduced her fiancé as "a kind and considerate person who always makes me smile when he is by my side," and conveyed, "I will nurture our time together well going forward."
On the same day, 'Pisik University' member Jung Jae-hyung will also hold a wedding in a location in Seoul with a non-celebrity bride nine years his junior. The agency said in September, "He met a partner he wants to be with for life and is getting married," and added, "The wedding will be private, with only family and acquaintances invited."
At the time of his marriage announcement, Jung Jae-hyung also expressed his happiness, saying, "I am getting married," and "Thanks to the support you have given me, I am entering a new world." With this, he became the second married member of Pisik University after Lee Yong-ju.
