Actor Gong Yoo expressed mild hurt toward a child actor.
Gong Yoo said on the 14th, "I'm also very thankful, but… Dong-gu is uncle and Min-ja is older sister, right?"
The photo he released with it shows a snack gift that a child actor appears to have prepared. The snack gift is labeled "Dong-gu uncle's."
But toward Song Hye-kyo, who is three years younger than Gong Yoo, it seems the label read "Min-ja older sister's," and Gong Yoo showed hurt that the child called him uncle while calling Song Hye-kyo older sister.
Gong Yoo and Song Hye-kyo are filming the new Netflix series "Slowly and intensely." The script was written by writer Noh Hee-kyung, and it is a big-budget production with 80 billion won invested. Set against South Korea's entertainment industry from the 1960s, when barbarism and violence prevailed, through the 1980s, it portrays the coming-of-age stories of those who threw themselves into pursuing dazzling success.
