EBS 'Giant PengTV' pengsu received the Ministry of Education Minister's Award at the joint declaration and awards ceremony for YouTube and the Sunfull Foundation's "Wait a moment campaign," held at the National Assembly on Nov. 15.
YouTube's annual campaign, "Wait a moment campaign," is a global program that presents action guides anyone can practice to prevent and stop the spread of cyberbullying, and "Wait a moment (Hit Pause) 2025" was carried out jointly by YouTube and the Sunfull Foundation.
Pengsu of 'Giant PengTV' was recognized for his contributions as a creator by participating in the "Wait a moment 2025" campaign video last Oct. and received the Ministry of Education Minister's Award at this ceremony.
Pengsu debuted on EBS's 'Giant PengTV' in Apr. 2019 after coming from Antarctica dreaming of becoming the top creator, and gained public popularity for being candid and unfiltered. Recently, the popular penguin solidified his presence by meeting global stars such as "Tom Cruise" and "Timothée Chalamet" during their visits to Korea.
