Meanwhile, Go Woo-rim, making her first appearance on 'Fun-Staurant,' revealed yuzu dongchimi. She explained, "The menu I prepared is yuzu chonggak dongchimi. I used chonggak kimchi for dongchimi to maximize the crunchy texture and added yuzu syrup to harmonize a refreshing taste with sweetness."
Experts who tasted the yuzu dongchimi praised, "The dongchimi broth has a tang, but it is really clear. Every time you sip the broth and a piece of yuzu comes into your mouth, it feels like you've made an incredible new discovery." In response, Go Woo-rim said proudly, "Koreans like a clean, refreshing taste. When you eat something greasy, don't you reach for kimchi?"
At that moment, Boom asked the silently devouring Lee Yeon-bok, "Did you just arrive at a rest area?" bringing laughter. Lee Yeon-bok praised it, "It's a bit of a cheat. That unstoppable freshness goes so well with noodles. It would be delicious with anything on the side. I really enjoyed it."
Gangnam gulped down the broth and added, "My stomach feels so refreshed. Even though I ate, I'm getting hungry. It's a natural digestive."
All three presented kimchi flavors that were impossible to rank. As a result of the contest, Go Woo-rim won on her first challenge. Receiving the winner's trophy, Go Woo-rim said, "Thank you for appearing on 'Fun-Staurant' for the first time and for participating in the competition."
