'Problem Child in House' singer Lee Seung-chul confessed his connection with Park Bo-gum and shared happy news at home.
On the 13th episode of KBS2TV variety show 'Problem Child in House', singer Lee Seung-chul, loved for his various hit songs and Live Up to Your Name vocal, appeared. Famous for his classic songs, Lee Seung-chul recalled his meeting with Park Bo-gum and said, "Park Bo-gum is good at piano, so on 'Yoo Hee-yeol's Sketchbook' Park Bo-gum played the piano and I sang. But only Park Bo-gum became the topic," as a half-joking complaint.
Lee Seung-chul said, "I am close enough with Park Bo-gum to have appeared on 'Park Bo-gum's Cantabile.' People who claim to know Park Bo-gum all say they are close to him. I am close. Park Bo-gum and I text each other during holidays," boasting of his friendship with Park Bo-gum. Later Lee Seung-chul joked, "Maybe Park Bo-gum felt sorry. He asked to appear on 'Seasons.' Then Lee Seung-chul said, "Next year my 40th anniversary album will be released. It's a musical," and added, "I desperately hope Park Bo-gum gets cast. However, Lee Seung-chul said he rather encouraged his daughter's marriage. The reason was that his son-in-law was an exceptionally fine young man and a rare catch. Lee Seung-chul said, "They had only dated for a year, but I felt, this is the one. My son-in-law is very frugal. He only has three pairs of shoes, and he always leaves for work at 5 a.m. to prepare for his job. He doesn't drink or smoke,"
He said, "Actually, I wanted my son-in-law to have completed military service and to know how to drink as conditions. But it turned out my son-in-law isn't unable to drink; his tolerance is much higher than mine. He just chose not to drink. I liked that so much that I approved the marriage after six months," and added, "Also, my son-in-law is 188cm tall. He's about the same as Joo Woo-jae. My daughter also has long limbs. So I look forward to their children," saying he was satisfied even with his son-in-law's physical attributes.
The recent status of his second daughter, which was revealed on a variety show several years ago, was also disclosed. Lee Seung-chul said, "My second daughter may seem like my pride, but if you give her something to do she ranks third to fifth nationwide. She's good at math.
