'Moon River' will send out Kang Tae-oh and Lee Shin-young as Paldo Co.'s foremost apostles of justice.
Today (14th) the MBC Friday-Saturday drama 'Moon River' (written by Jo Seung-hee, directed by Lee Dong-hyun, abbreviated 'Moon River') airing today (episode 3) shows Crown Prince I-gang (Kang Tae-oh) and Prince Jeun Daegun I-un (Lee Shin-young) joining forces to save the falsely accused bubosang Park Dal-yi (Kim Se-jung).
In the previous episode, Park Dal-yi, with I-gang's help, after a series of twists and turns rescued the daughter of Heo Young-gam (Choi Deok-mun), who was almost sacrificed by the fabricated yeolnyeomun. However, the daughter-in-law's family of Heo Young-gam, who nursed a grudge over this, tried to take revenge by framing Park Dal-yi as a thief for ruining their plan.
Taken to the dobang, Park Dal-yi faced charges of violating the bubosang code of conduct and was at risk of punishment including the meongseokmari as well as genital amputation. However, execution of the sentence was halted by the sudden arrival of I-gang. Following the surprise appearance that shocked everyone, the aftermath that follows has people wondering, and that curiosity is expected to be resolved in episode 3 airing today (14th).
In the released photos, I-gang appears like a hero alongside Left Wing Commander O Shin-won (Kwon Joo-seok) and eunuch Yoon Se-dol (Han Sang-jo), catching the eye. Seeing Park Dal-yi and remembering the deceased crown princess, he walks toward the imperiled Park Dal-yi with a resolute gaze, giving off an unrivaled charisma.
Here, I-un also joins forces to save Park Dal-yi. Unlike I-gang, I-un wears a relaxed smile and is expected to appear with decisive evidence that will prove Park Dal-yi's innocence, further arousing curiosity. How did the two know to come to her rescue, and what will become of Park Dal-yi, who is bound and wearing a desperate expression, is drawing attention. It airs tonight at 9:40 p.m.
