The group VVUP is unfolding a distinctive fantasy narrative.
VVUP (Kim, Paen, Suyeon, Jiyun) at 12 a.m. today (14th) posted the first concept photo for their mini album 1st 'VVON' on their official social media.
In the released photos, VVUP appears like characters from a comic with special powers, arousing curiosity. The four members, surrounded by different objects such as spray, phoenix, jewels, and butterflies, offered fantasy visuals that cross reality and illusion, heightening expectations.
Especially amid the subtle harmony of neon and silver colors, VVUP showcased intense synergy with distinctive styling. A cybernetic sensibility combined with high-teen energy foreshadowed VVUP's differentiated storytelling.
'VVON' is a title born from the combination of the three words 'VIVID', 'VISION', and 'ON', meaning the moment when light turns on vividly. At the same time, in pronunciation it resembles 'Born' and in spelling it resembles 'Won', so VVUP draws a narrative as beings who are born, awaken, and overcome. They plan to expand the story that began with each member's birth dream to present a highly completed worldview.
VVUP's mini album 1st 'VVON' will be released on the 20th at 6 p.m. through various music sites.
