After NewJeans members Haerin·Hye-in, Min-ji, Hanni and Danielle also expressed their intention to return to ADOR, intense interest is focusing on the group's future moves. However, there are differences in the way members announced their returns, and the agency ADOR responded cautiously about this.
- ADOR "three members intend to return…currently confirming sincerity"
On the afternoon of the 12th, ADOR told OSEN, "We are confirming the sincerity regarding the three members' (Min-ji Hanni Danielle) intention to return," showing a cautious attitude. Unlike Haerin·Hye-in, the positions of the three members were announced independently by the members, not as documents agreed with the agency.
- Haerin·Hye-in, who declared their return first… "we respect the ruling and will comply with the exclusive contract"
Earlier, ADOR officially announced Haerin and Hye-in's return. The agency said, "After sufficient discussion with their families and consultation with ADOR, the two members decided to respect the court's ruling and comply with their exclusive contracts," and added, "We will do our best for smooth activities. Please refrain from unfounded speculation about the members." ADOR actively welcomed the return of the two members.
- Min-ji·Hanni·Danielle "we will return to ADOR"… however, not a 'document agreed upon' with ADOR
Following the decision of the two members, curiosity grew about the positions of the remaining members, and they were eventually made public. In a joint statement, Min-ji·Hanni·Danielle said, "After careful consultation, we decided to return to ADOR. One member is currently in Antarctica, so communication was delayed, and because we received no reply from ADOR, we had no choice but to announce separately."
They added, "We will continue to meet you with sincere music and performances," expressing their intention to continue activities as NewJeans.
However, unlike Haerin·Hye-in, their announcement was not a coordinated statement with ADOR, and ADOR has said it is "confirming the facts," so it is likely that formal procedures will proceed through future consultations.
- NewJeans, heading back to a five-member structure… remaining variable is the 'agreement process'
All five members have expressed their intention to "return to ADOR," suggesting NewJeans' reorganization could accelerate rapidly. However, because the positions of the three members have not yet been formally agreed with the agency, remaining discussions will need to be completed.
