FNC Entertainment Co., Ltd. (173940, FNC Entertainment; hereafter FNC) disclosed its consolidated results for the third quarter of 2025 through the electronic disclosure system. On a consolidation basis, third-quarter revenue was 29.5 billion won and operating profit was 1.8 billion won, recording consecutive quarterly profits following the second quarter and achieving the best quarterly performance in the past seven years. The recovery in results that began in the second quarter has entered a full growth phase, and annual results are also expected to improve significantly.
FNC said music business sales, driven by a focus on core businesses, amounted to 18.5 billion won, an increase of 43% from the same period last year. That represents about 62% of total sales, up 6 percentage points from last year's 56%, showing that the company's core business share is steadily expanding. This growth in the music business is attributable to an expansion of domestic and international performances. In addition, profitability in the music business appears to have improved overall earnings.
In the third quarter, all affiliated artists carried out a total of 54 tour shows, continuing active performance activities. In particular, Pi1Harmony performed nine times and N.Flying performed 16 times, successfully holding the largest quarterly-scale performances since the COVID-19 pandemic due to the expansion of concert schedules. In addition, FNC's joint band concert, "FNC band Kingdom," which expanded to Taiwan in the first quarter this year, was held consecutively in Japan in July and Taiwan in August.
All of FNC's affiliated artists will continue active performances through the end of the year. FTISLAND, Jung Yonghwa and N.Flying will each hold encore concerts domestically. In particular, N.Flying will hold three shows at the Seoul Ticketlink Live Arena (formerly Olympic Park Handball Gymnasium), an expanded venue compared with previous Seoul shows, and sold out all performances, demonstrating the expansion of its domestic fandom. Meanwhile, Pi1Harmony recently completed a successful North and South American tour and is preparing for a European tour early next year, planning to further broaden their activities in the global market.
Meanwhile, with lead actor Jung Haein's appearance in a Netflix drama, the results of the company's other core business, actor management, are also expected to become visible. Accordingly, it is expected that growth will continue into the fourth quarter, further strengthening the revenue structure.
