Actor Kim Jung-nan said she collapsed due to vasovagal syncope and suffered a serious injury.
In a video titled "Kim Jung-nan real younger sister Yoon Se-ah reveals her life story for the first time (from SKY Castle behind-the-scenes to dating advice)" posted on the YouTube channel "Kim Jung-nan" on the 12th, Kim Jung-nan invited actor Yoon Se-ah to her home for a meal and mentioned a recent accident.
As soon as Kim Jung-nan picked up her spoon, she began, "Older sister, I was seriously injured the day before yesterday. You thought I had some procedure done, right?" When Yoon Se-ah joked, "Your (face is) so tight, I wondered if they pull downward these days," Kim Jung-nan said, "I fainted a week ago and nearly crossed the river to the underworld. It was vasovagal syncope. I suddenly collapsed without realizing it next to the bedroom, and I hit my jaw on the edge of the nightstand," recounting the situation. She added, "At that moment, I said, 'Mari (my cat), mom is done. Life is over,'" her eyes welling with tears.
Kim Jung-nan said she was taken to a hospital by ambulance right after she fainted. She said, "As soon as I felt my jawbone, tears streamed down. I called 119, took an ambulance to the hospital, and got a CT and X-ray because I worried it might be a cerebral hemorrhage," conveying the fear she felt at the time. She added, "I received treatment at a plastic surgery clinic known for good suturing, and a week later, yesterday, I had the stitches removed."
