Group (G)I-DLE member Miyeon (MIYEON) responds to the enthusiastic support of global fans.
Miyeon will hold a pop-up commemorating the release of her second mini album MY, Lover, MIYEON 2nd Mini Album [MY, Lover] POP-UP, at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi A8 in Taipei starting on the 14th.
The Taipei pop-up, following Seoul, will be decorated as a space imbued with Miyeon's unique sensibility. At the pop-up, visitors can find merchandise that was highly popular at the Seoul pop-up, including half zip-ups, shoulder bags, blankets, mini fur pouch keyrings, and various holders. A separate photo card event will also be held for pop-up visitors.
At this pop-up, Miyeon's global popularity that swept music charts is expected to be confirmed. Earlier, the second mini album MY, Lover reached bestseller daily and weekly charts on China's largest music platform QQ Music, and the title track Say My Name reached No. 1 on the Kugou Music chart. MY, Lover also proved its local popularity by reaching No. 1 on the iTunes top album charts in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The title track Say My Name announced the successful return of solo artist Miyeon by rising to top positions on major domestic and international music platforms immediately after its release on the 3rd. In particular, it reached No. 1 on Bugs' real-time chart and ranked high on the Melon HOT 100 chart.
Miyeon will meet fans through various programs, including tvN's Sixth Sense: City Tour 2 airing on the 13th and KBS2's MUSIC BANK airing on the 15th.
