IVE group member Jang Wonyoung is drawing attention for purchasing a luxury villa in Hannam-dong for 13.7 billion won.
On the 12th, according to the real estate industry and the Supreme Court registry, Jang Wonyoung bought one unit of the Lucid House in Hannam-dong, Seoul, with an exclusive area of 244 square meters for 13.7 billion won in March. Since no mortgage is registered on the registry, it is presumed to be an all-cash transaction.
In this regard, Jang Wonyoung's agency, Starship Entertainment, told OSEN that the matter is a personal one so they could not confirm it, but added that they understand it is intended for family residence.
The luxury villa Jang Wonyoung purchased is located within the Hannam-dong "UN Village" and is also famous as the place where actress Kim Tae-hee lived before marrying Rain. It is known for its rarity, consisting of two buildings and only 15 households in a location that offers views of both the Han River and Namsan.
Meanwhile, IVE, of which Jang Wonyoung is a member, met fans by holding their first world tour, IVE WORLD TOUR 'SHOW WHAT I AM', at KSPO DOME from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2.
