IVE member Jang Wonyoung bought a luxury villa in Hannam-dong with all cash.
According to the real estate industry and the Supreme Court registry office on the 12th, Jang Wonyoung purchased one unit of Lucid House in Hannam-dong, Seoul, with a net area of 244㎡ in March for 13.7 billion won.
It is presumed to be an all-cash transaction because no mortgage was registered on the registry. The seller is known to be Lee Ji-yong, a second-generation member of the 범 DL Group and former representative of DAELIM TRADING.
The luxury villa Jang Wonyoung purchased is located within the Hannam-dong "UN Village," known for its rarity with only two buildings and a total of 15 households, positioned to overlook both the Han River and Namsan.
The villa is also famous as the place where actress Kim Tae-hee lived before marrying Rain.
Born in 2004, Jang Wonyoung finished first in Mnet's audition program "Produce 48" in 2018 and was active as a member of IZ*ONE. After group activities ended, she re-debuted as a member of IVE under Starship Entertainment.
IVE, which includes Jang Wonyoung, held its second world tour "Show What I Am" at Seoul KSPO DOME (Gymnastics Stadium) from the 31st of last month to the 2nd of this month.
