On the 12th, KBS2TV variety show 'The Return of SUPERMAN' (hereinafter 'Superman') aired and showed Shim Hyung-tak's son Haru getting his baby hair cut. Lee Soon-chul, the hair director who has been in charge of Shim Hyung-tak's hair for seven years, expressed surprise at everything about Haru, including how calm he was and his hair volume.
Shim Hyung-tak, holding a noticeably changed-looking Haru, visited Garosugil in Sinsa-dong. He went to a brunch place that felt like the yard of a quiet mansion and said, "This is his first meal today," ordering three different dishes. Shim Hyung-tak reminisced, "I used to walk this Garosu-rodeo street when I was modeling about 30 years ago. Every cafe had a telephone. Back then, coffee refills were free."
Soon after, Shim Hyung-tak's eyes widened when he saw a couple. The couple's child was a daughter. Shim Hyung-tak boasted playfully, "We will have another child for Haru." The couple asked, "Does Haru's mother agree?" and Shim Hyung-tak replied, "The mother, Saya, wants up to a fourth child," which drew laughter.
