The virtual idol group PLAVE's new song topped the music charts on the day of its release.
PLAVE's second single album "PLBBUU" was released on various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 10th.
At 7 p.m. on the day of release, the title track 'BBUU!' and the included song 'Bongsunga' settled smoothly on Melon's TOP 100 chart, and all three songs, including 'Hide and Seek', successfully entered the HOT 100 (within 100 days of release) and the HOT 100 (within 30 days of release).
As of midnight on the 11th, amid fierce competition, the title track "BBUU!" drew attention by ranking eighth on the TOP 100 chart. Following it, "Bongsunga" ranked 10th and "Hide and Seek" ranked 14th.
On the HOT 100 (within 100 days of release) and the HOT 100 (within 30 days of release) charts, "BBUU!" took first place, followed by "Bongsunga" at second and "Hide and Seek" at fourth, proving strong musical power.
PLAVE's single album "PLBBUU" is a work completed through a special collaboration with Sanrio Characters. In the "BBUU!" music video, you can see PLAVE transformed into characters alongside Sanrio Characters, and the album's songs are filled with free and bouncy energy, allowing listeners to feel PLAVE's lovable charm.
PLAVE launched their first Asia tour "DASH: Quantum Leap" in August, beginning in Seoul and completing performances in a total of six cities over three months, including Taipei, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Bangkok and Tokyo. The tour will conclude with encore concerts at Gocheok Dome in Seoul on Nov. 21 and 22.
