The audition seeking the essence of vocalists, "Beiled Musician," finally lifts its veil.
The global vocal project "Beiled Musician" makes its debut on Netflix on the 12th and unfolds its grand journey. Starting with the Korea edition, "Beiled Musician" will be held in a total of nine countries including Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Mongolia, Laos and Indonesia. With a scale unlike any other, an unprecedented judging method, the first-ever vocal national competition, and a fresh, sincere new-concept audition, the show finally removes its veil.

"Beiled Musician" is a huge-scale audition simultaneously held across nine Asian countries. It is a journey that selects the top three through intense survival rounds in each country. Contestants who advance to the national finals, including those from Korea, possess professional-level vocal abilities, offering a quality that cannot be experienced in other auditions.
The top three from each country's "Beiled Musician" will all gather next Jan. for the "Beiled Cup" to determine the true vocal champion. It will be the first-ever vocal national competition. Beyond a simple audition, "Beiled Musician" and the "Beiled Cup" are expected to serve as a platform for global music exchange.

The audition focuses strictly on the voice. Performers sing with only their silhouette visible behind a veil, and pre- and post-stage conversation is extremely limited. Only eliminated contestants can choose whether to reveal their faces. Even well-known musicians may remain unidentified until the end. It is the fairest audition in the world that evaluates solely on musicality, a survival show that comes closer to the essence of music.
The winner of "Beiled Musician" will be offered a management contract with Dreamus Company, and the winner of the "Beiled Cup" can participate in an Asia tour, appear on SBS' Inkigayo and take part in drama OSTs.

Rewriting the history of auditions, "Beiled Musician" impresses with a fresh lineup of judges and top-class production staff. Actor and variety show sensation MC Choi Daniel, symbol of emotional music Paul Kim, and top vocalists Ailee and Shin Yong-jae serve as judges and mentors. Monsta X's Kihyun, the top idol main vocalist, the overwhelmingly tonal Bolbbalgan4, and Bell of KISS OF LIFE, known as the "19-year-old genius composer," bring a refreshing breeze.
"Beiled Musician" is produced by SBS Prism Studio, planned by Kenbus, with Spotify as an official partner. "Beiled Musician" will be released on Netflix every Wednesday for eight weeks, and the "Beiled Cup" is scheduled to air on SBS next Jan.
