In the released video, Lee Kyung-kyu visited the home of siblings Taeha and Ye-rin, who have 1 million subscribers, and took part in a 'grandchild childcare experience.'
Lee Kyung-kyu joked, "I heard there's a mature child in Cheongju. I heard this kid gets good views too." He added, "I've been an expert on children's programs since SBS 'Bungeoppang.' Many of them became actors," showing confidence.
But Taeha and Ye-rin showed unexpectedly indifferent reactions. When there was no response even to the toys he brought, he broke into a nervous sweat, saying, "It's been too long since I met children." After their mother briefly left the room, Lee Kyung-kyu struggled alone to care for the two children. He tried soothing them by shaking dolls and peeling tangerines, but it wasn't easy, and he wryly complained, "It's harder than raising two cats."
When the childcare experience ended, Lee Kyung-kyu hurriedly left, saying, "I have urgent business in Seoul," but ultimately smiled and showed his desire for grandchildren, saying, "Ye-rim should have a baby soon. I roughly know how to raise one now."
Meanwhile, Lee Kyung-kyu married Kang Kyung-hee in 1992 and has a daughter, Lee Ye-rim. Lee Ye-rim, who works as an actress, married soccer player Kim Young-chan in 2021.<
