Chef Yun Nam-no showed genuine passion for food.
On the 8th, MBC's Omniscient Interfering View (hereafter Omniscient Interfering View) aired with Yun Nam-no and Ji Hyun-woo appearing.
Yun Nam-no started cooking in his newly moved solo residence from the morning. Yun Nam-no quickly made gim pesto almond noodles topped with almond sauce. He added a tomato gazpacho to this, and everyone cheered at the mouthwatering visuals. Yang Se-hyung said "this looks really delicious" and showed unusually strong interest.
Afterward, Yun Nam-no visited a charcuterie factory. When an enormous smoke appeared, Lee Young-ja exclaimed "apartment prices will go up" in surprise. Yun Nam-no was astonished by the performance of a machine that could easily grind meat in seconds, and was surprised once more by the amount of 100 million won.
Yun Nam-no said, "I always sang that I wanted to study more, so this is a precious experience. Even though it was tiring, I was truly happy. It felt like a playground," revealing his happiness.
Yun Nam-no prepared tastings while grilling the finished bockwurst and charcuterie. Using the ingredients, Yun Nam-no made so-tteok-so-tteok and sandwiches. Yun Nam-no praised them, saying "I wouldn't get tired of eating two a day."
Afterward, Yun Nam-no took the charcuterie and headed to his newly expanded restaurant. Yun Nam-no said, "In Japan I ate a sauce made with lamb with quail and it matched so well. I felt I had to try this combination my way," and set out to develop a new menu. For the sauce development, Yun Nam-no used Perigord truffles costing 2 million won per kilogram, which left mouths agape.
After the chefs left work, Yun Nam-no ate a hearty solo meal by himself, making a high-end budaejjigae.
