Dr. Oh Eun-young candidly admitted that she feels stressed by comments about her appearance.
The 730th episode of KBS 2TV's 'Immortal Songs' (directed by Park Hyung-geun, Kim Hyung-seok, Choi Seung-beom / hereafter 'Immortal Songs'), which aired on the 8th, was presented as a "notable figures special: Oh Eun-young edition."

In addition, Oh Eun-young spoke candidly about the parts that cause her stress, saying, "Comments like 'lose some weight' and 'why does your face look so big on TV?' are stressful." She said that when she feels stressed she relaxes in a massage chair at home or orders fried chicken. She also drew attention with a noticeably slimmer facial line after recently succeeding in a diet.
This has once again sparked interest in Oh Eun-young's past from 31 years ago.
Oh Eun-young appeared in episode 94 of SBS's Unanswered Questions, which aired on March 27, 1994, titled "The allure of the distorted figure — 1994 weight loss reality report." At the time, while working at Gwangju Severance Psychiatric Hospital, Oh Eun-young took part in an interview about anorexia nervosa.
In the footage, Oh Eun-young said, "Anorexia nervosa involves not only serious issues like depression and impaired social functioning, but from a psychiatric perspective it can be quite urgent. There are cases where people lose their lives."
In particular, in the footage Oh Eun-young surprised viewers with a celebrity-level beauty and a manner of speaking and voice that were unchanged from her recent broadcasts. Oh Eun-young graduated from Yonsei University College of Medicine, completed a master's degree, and then earned a doctorate at Korea University graduate school. She served as an intern at Severance Hospital, a psychiatry resident, a pediatric and adolescent psychiatry fellow and clinical instructor at Seoul Samsung Hospital, and a psychiatry professor at Ajou University School of Medicine. She is currently director of Oh Eun-young Clinic pediatric and adolescent clinic and director of Oh Eun-young Academy.
She gained fame as a child specialist after appearing on SBS's 'My Child Has Changed' in 2005. Since then, she has continued counseling as an expert on shows such as Channel A's "These Days Parenting: My Precious Child," "Oh Eun-young's Golden Counseling Center," and MBC's "Oh Eun-young Report — Marriage hell." She also shares various content through her YouTube channels "Oh Eun-young TV" and "Oh Eun-young's Bucket List."
