'Mr. House Husband' Lee Min-woo showed efforts for his 6-year-old daughter while preparing to be a "expectant father."

On that day, Lee Min-woo went to take his heavily pregnant wife's place and take their 6-year-old daughter to kindergarten. Flustered, he fed her and dressed her, and to his daughter, who has separation anxiety, he soothed her with the promise, "I'll be back at 4."
Later, when he visited the obstetrics clinic with his heavily pregnant wife, Lee Min-woo said, "They said the location of the umbilical cord doesn't seem normal and that it would be good to have a test, so we came for a (re)examination today."
Meeting the doctor with a heavy heart, Lee Min-woo confessed, "When I was in Japan, there was a time I had bleeding. It was around 25 weeks." At that time, his wife had been giving Pilates lessons alone in Japan to cover living and medical expenses. She explained, "I didn't want to be a burden to oppa. I scheduled a few appointments even though it was a bit much. I bled and went to the hospital right away."
The doctor said, "Bleeding should not occur at that gestational age," and added, "We call it marginal cord insertion. This happens in about 7 to 9 percent of all pregnant women. The baby may not grow well or there may be growth retardation," and said, "Today we'll check again with an ultrasound to see the condition," raising tension.
Lee Yo-won, who has three children, said, "It's so scary. There's nothing I can do. I feel like it's my fault and I keep blaming myself," showing understanding for the couple's feelings.
The placental test showed a measurement of 2.15 cm, higher than the normal value of '0'. Worried by the unfavorable result, the two feared growth retardation. Fortunately, the doctor said the fetus's size was two days behind the gestational age but within the normal range, and the two breathed sighs of relief.
An ultrasound of the 2-year-old "Yang-yang-i," who will be met in a month, was also revealed. Seeing Yang-yang-i, who resembled his father with a large nose, Lee Min-woo couldn't take his eyes off it, and when he heard the heartbeat, he became emotional.
Then Lee Yo-won asked, "Shouldn't Ji-won feel this kind of emotion too?" Earlier, Eun Ji-won, who had revealed plans for a second child, retorted, "I'm satisfied with mine. Is my heart beating well?" drawing laughter.
Above all, the ultrasound examination fee that day was several hundred thousand won, about 10 times more than a normal fee. This was because the wife, being Japanese, was not covered by health insurance.
Lee Min-woo explained, "Even if you register the marriage, because (the prospective bride) is an overseas national, she has to stay for six months to be eligible for health insurance. So in the current situation, paying hospital and medicine bills is literally a burden."
Meanwhile, before eating, Lee Min-woo caught attention by visiting a bank. He said, "I recently opened a bankbook for my daughter. There is a lack from my childhood for not being able to spend time together. It's late, but I hope it becomes a letter filled with love," expressing his affection for his 6-year-old daughter and creating a heartwarming moment.
