Actor Ji Hyun-woo revealed an obsessive practice-habit persona.
On the 8th episode of MBC's Omniscient Interfering View (hereafter Omniscient Interfering View), Yoon Nam-no and Ji Hyun-woo appeared.
Attempting a musical for the first time in 11 years, Ji Hyun-woo entered the waiting room much earlier than his performance time. Ji Hyun-woo explained, "Musical theater is not my specialty. On stage there is no one to lean on except the other actors."
To immerse himself in the role, Ji Hyun-woo arrived at the site five hours early and continued steady practice while waiting. He even shed tears during practice. Ji Hyun-woo added, "They say actors are the type to get tired of things. I am simply fulfilling my responsibility."
After finishing makeup, Ji Hyun-woo carried a yoga mat onto the stage, stretched again and showed intense focus. The panelists all reacted, saying it was impressive.
Ji Hyun-woo continued practicing until just before the show started. Yang Se-hyung chimed in, "If you see this, the writer will feel good."<
