In "My manager is too prickly - The secretaries," Jo Jung-suk left a cutting remark for Lee Seo-jin.
SBS entertainment show "My manager is too prickly - The secretaries" aired on the 7th.
In that episode, Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu stepped in as "special managers" to support actors Ji Chang-wook and Doh Kyung Soo's movie promotion schedule. However, unexpected tardiness by Lee Seo-jin caused laughter from the very beginning.
After hearing from the production team that "Lee Seo-jin will be late," Kim Kwang-kyu snapped, "Can a manager be late?" Earlier scenes of Lee Seo-jin nagging "You couldn't pull yourself together" when he was late appeared in flashback footage, provoking roaring laughter.
A short time later, when Lee Seo-jin arrived on site, Kim Kwang-kyu showered him with scolding, "What time is it that you're coming now?" but Lee Seo-jin closed the door and fled, saying, "Okay, just a moment..." He avoided confrontation, turning the scene into a sea of laughter with a nag-blocking motion.
That day Lee Seo-jin entered the guest shooting area somewhat sheepishly because he was late. It happened to be Jo Jung-suk's YouTube shoot. Jo Jung-suk, smiling at Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu who appeared as one-day managers, immediately quipped, "I heard punctuality is basic in this industry, but managers don't keep time well?", delivering a "cutting joke."
Lee Seo-jin blamed Kim Kwang-kyu, saying, "Our road manager is a poor driver," and even pressed, "Apologize!" Then Kim Kwang-kyu revealed, "I'm sorry, I came on time, but actually Lee Seo-jin was more than 20 minutes late," which sent the set into another burst of laughter.
Afterward, the two bickered, saying things like "When you were in sixth grade I was in third grade" and "Go early," but in the end Lee Seo-jin's single smile closed the matter as a "knife-cut water" fight.
Meanwhile, "The secretaries" is a road-show type entertainment program that sticks closely to a star's daily life as a manager to show a real现场; the prickly but pleasant main-character charm of Lee Seo-jin provokes laughter each episode.
