Group BABYMONSTER's mini 2nd album [WE GO UP] track 'PSYCHO' music video will be released at 12 a.m. on the 19th, YG Entertainment said on the 7th.
The identity of the mysterious promotion that had piqued the curiosity of music fans around the world has finally been unveiled. Earlier, BABYMONSTER presented unusual teaser content such as a black-and-white noise portrait poster reading "EVER DREAM THIS GIRL?", a figure with a masked face and a person with long red hair covering their face.
The 'PSYCHO M/V ANNOUNCEMENT' poster posted on YG Entertainment's official blog that day was also striking. Alongside the music video opening schedule, a red-lip symbol left a strong impression, and the 'PSYCHO' grills seen between the symbols heightened the eerie mood and intensified fans' interest.
'PSYCHO' is a song that combines various genres such as hip-hop, dance and rock, with an attractive powerful bass line and an addictive melody. With lyrics that reinterpret the meaning of "psycho" from a new perspective, it received strong responses for BABYMONSTER's distinctive hip-hop swagger that differs from the title track 'WE GO UP'.
Having recently wrapped up music show promotions for 'WE GO UP' successfully, BABYMONSTER continues the comeback momentum with 'PSYCHO' content. Since the 'WE GO UP' music video and the exclusive performance video drew attention for their record-breaking scale, many are curious about what concept and performance this new music video will use to captivate fans.
BABYMONSTER released their mini 2nd album [WE GO UP] on the 10th of last month. After the comeback they garnered praise for flawless live performances across music shows, radio and YouTube, and riding that momentum they will begin their fan concert tour 'BABYMONSTER [LOVE MONSTERS] ASIA FAN CONCERT 2025-26' starting with performances in Chiba, Japan, on Nov. 15 and 16, followed by shows in Nagoya, Tokyo, Kobe, Bangkok and Taipei.
