'Problem Child in House' actors Geum Bo-ra and Jeong Ae-ri candidly revealed stories from their past as they appear in a new drama.
On the 6th, KBS2TV variety show 'Problem Child in House' aired with actors Geum Bo-ra and Jeong Ae-ri appearing. Jeong Ae-ri said, "'Marie and Her Three Daddies' is a drama. I appear in it. But they told me to come promote the drama," and added, "KBS has changed a lot. The story is about a child born from a donated egg at a fertility center."
They will play sister-in-law and sister-in-law in the drama, having lost their husbands early and entering a love triangle over a new man. Geum Bo-ra's cold image and Jeong Ae-ri's resolute image will surely give a different feel to this rosy love triangle.
Geum Bo-ra said, "I used to play a lot of quiet roles. But competition is so fierce. So to make a living I took on loud roles. Loud roles are really fun. However, the lines are much longer," saying that her acting color had changed. In response, Jeong Ae-ri mentioned Geum Bo-ra's first impression. Jeong Ae-ri said, "You remember the day you threw the script?"
Then Geum Bo-ra said, "At that time I threw the script at the director and said, 'I'm not doing this, you bastard.' I don't do unreasonable things. A junior kept not showing up. They told me to film a scene alone that was supposed to be with me and the junior. Meanwhile I had changed all my costumes and put them on," and added, "Something that wasn't planned happened. On the recording day I was supposed to go as an actor but they told me to go home, so I said, 'I'm not doing it, damn it!' Of course, since we had to record I picked up the script again. I received apologies from the junior and the director," shaking her head.
Now remarried and with five children, Geum Bo-ra lived briefly with her 37-year-old and 35-year-old sons and made a disgusted face. She said, "I really couldn't live with the kids. They asked me about the traces after I washed my face," Yet upon hearing about Jeong Ae-ri's daughter who dotes on her mother frugally, Geum Bo-ra expressed envy, saying, "Sister, give me your daughter. Send her to me as a daughter-in-law. I have a 37-year-old and a 35-year-old at home."
She added that Jeong Ae-ri's daughter saved 50 million won after graduating from college while working as an English instructor, which made Geum Bo-ra even more envious.
