The group Ahob (AHOF) completed a comeback stage like a play.
Ahob (Steven, Seo Jeong-woo, Cha Woong-gi, Jang Shuai-vo, Park Han, J.L., Park Ju-won, Jueon, Daisuke) appeared on KBS2 MUSIC BANK, which aired on the afternoon of the 7th, and staged the comeback performance of the title track "Pinocchio hates lies" from their second mini album The Passage.
Ahead of the stage, Ahob greeted viewers first through a comeback interview. The members expressed their excitement about returning after four months and raised anticipation for the soon-to-be-unveiled title track stage by showing the point choreography.
The subsequent "Pinocchio hates lies" stage felt like watching a play. Since this was Ahob's first music show stage, they added an intro performance to double the viewing pleasure. In the intro, when Seo Jeong-woo greeted the audience, the curtain opened and the members appeared. They placed the curtain call, which usually happens after the performance ends, at the opening to create a scene as if the "Pinocchio" play were beginning.
Once the music started in earnest, Ahob dominated the stage with a more mature and rougher energy. The members captivated fans by raising the stage quality with delicate vocals, intense rapping, and synchronized group choreography that showcased perfect harmony.
The Passage is a work that depicts Ahob's journey from boy to adult. The title track "Pinocchio hates lies" is a band-sound song motivated by the fairy tale "Pinocchio." It expresses, in Ahob's own sensibility, the desire to be honest only with "you" amid whims, anxiety and wavering.
