Model Kim Seong-chan (real name Kim Gyeong-mo) died after battling blood cancer. He was 35 years old.

The late Kim Seong-chan said during his illness last year, Until now I have endured a lot and held on, but I'll tell my story honestly.. A year ago while walking in Cheongdam, my walking speed increased so much that I injured my knee, scraped my hands and so on. My body felt abnormal so I went to several hospitals. Then black membranes appeared in my eyes and they said this was not an ophthalmology problem, so I had a brain scan. Then they told me I had cancer. They said it was non-Hodgkin lymphoma, so I had to shave all my hair. I became dependent on hospitals. I hope model friends or my acquaintances definitely get a brain scan. After six months of chemotherapy I finished and had a Hickman catheter inserted and completed autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
After that he shared the news, I am alive and breathing, and received much support. But unfortunately he passed away to the afterlife at the young age of 35.
The late Kim Seong-chan debuted in 2013 with the '2014 S/S Unbounded Awe' fashion show and became known in 2014 through OnStyle's 'Korea's Next Top Model season 5'.
The funeral wake was set up in Seoul Medical Center Funeral Hall, Room 2, and the funeral will be held on the 8th.
