The winner of 'Just Makeup' will be revealed today (7th).
On the 7th at 8 p.m., Coupang Play original variety show 'Just Makeup' episode 10 (final) will be released. With this, a single legend vying for the K-beauty throne will be chosen.
'Just Makeup' is a large-scale makeup survival show in which makeup artists who represent K-beauty not only in Korea but around the world compete fiercely with their own distinctive styles. Through 'Just Makeup' I felt once again why I started makeup. It wasn't simply about making someone pretty; for me it was art to inscribe emotion and story onto a face. While performing as O Dolce Vita on stage, I became more convinced of the belief that "makeup is the art of visualizing emotion." I learned that the heart must move before technique, and I experienced moments when that heart transformed into real art at my fingertips. Through this journey I rediscovered the artist within me. Being in the TOP 3 is not an end but a start that allows me to draw more stories ahead. I sincerely thank all the fellow contestants and everyone who remembered me.
Paris Golden Hands
I'm truly moved to be able to be among the TOP 3 with such formidable artists. As a makeup artist, I had time to express the philosophy and worldview I've always held through my works. Being able to show those works to many people was truly meaningful and will remain significant to me. Preparation is complete. I think only the final step remains, and I will do my best to show everything I have built.
Round 5. DREAMS
The much-anticipated final mission theme is "DREAMS," in which each participant must complete a fashion editorial centered on their own "dream." Beyond simple beauty expression, the core is to visually realize ideals, identity, and an artistic worldview through makeup. The final mission results will adorn the cover of fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar's December issue, which is an opportunity to inscribe a name on the global stage beyond a simple win, drawing everyone's attention.
In particular, veteran actors Kim Young-ok, Ban Hyo-jung, and Jeong Hye-sun, who have showcased seasoned performances through numerous works, appeared as the models for the final mission and surprised everyone.
