Global hip-hop label AOMG opened a new playlist called "MESSY GIRLS" on its official YouTube channel on the afternoon of the 5th and posted the girl crew casting film. Through this video, the debut-lineup members of AOMG's first girl crew were revealed for the first time.
The casting film, which begins in black and white, captures the attractive visuals and free vibe of the global girl crew AOMG proudly presents. Members express their individuality with a variety of facial expressions, creating a unique atmosphere. The group's hip movements and performances draw attention with their ensemble even through movement alone.
In particular, the tasteful sound design of the background music shows the trendy musical direction of AOMG's next act. The track features idol singer toni rei (Nam Do-hyun) as a music producer and is scheduled to be included on the girl crew's future album.
At the end of the video, after a brief switch to color, the words WE ARE CREW appear along with AOMG's initial-inspired main slogan "[Invitation] To. All Our Messy Girls"; the staging, in which the debut-lineup members directly invite new faces, catches the eye.
AOMG announced the "2025 AOMG global crew audition" on the 3rd, specifying plans to produce its first girl crew since the company's founding. It targets females born between 2005 and 2010, and through this audition it is seeking versatile artistry talent across not only vocals, rap, and dance but also fine art, video art, fashion, and producing.
AOMG, which declared a 2.0 rebranding this year, is solidifying its foundation under the catchphrase "make it new." It signed mixed hip-hop group SIKKOO in the first half of the year and successfully released their first album, and it is accelerating preparations for the girl crew in the second half.
