Epik High's Tablo said he has written a will for his wife Kang Hye-jung and daughter Haru.
Epik High (Tablo, Mithra, Tukt) on the 6th released a video titled "I want to live thin and long like noodles" on their YouTube channel "EPIKASE."
In the video, Epik High set out from the Han River in Seoul to Osaka, Taipei and Hong Kong to find the best noodle dishes in East Asia.
While doing a mukbang in Taipei, Tablo said, "I was going to talk about death, but during seasons when I do a lot of tours I write down where my assets are and what to do if something happens and I'm gone, so Kang Hye-jung and Haru can take care of themselves, and I also film videos and bring them back."
He added, "I feel it every time I film; I feel like I've gotten older. In my 20s and 30s I was afraid even imagining my own death, but that doesn't come to mind anymore. Now only my family matters. I don't seem to matter anymore. It's because there is someone more important than us."
Tukt agreed, "We're important too, but it can't be helped. With so many flights and moves, you never know when something might happen, right?"
Tablo said, "When we go on tour in the U.S., we go to a lot of dangerous areas. So it's only natural to worry. Kang Hye-jung hates it when I say things like this. If I'm too serious, the family might cry, so I even add a postscript. I wrote that if Mithra or Tukt release a song with my voice without my permission, it could be AI, so check it carefully," drawing laughter.
