Jang Young-ran announced a drastic lifestyle change to maintain her unchanged marital harmony with her husband, acupuncturist Han Chang.
On the afternoon of the 5th, a video titled "Jang Young-ran unemployed husband opens an oriental clinic after 6 months" was released on the YouTube channel 'A-grade Jang Young-ran'.
Jang Young-ran went on a site inspection (field survey) with her husband Han Chang to open the clinic. Han Chang originally ran a large 400-pyeong traditional Korean medicine hospital, but now said he would downsize and open a small clinic.
Jang Young-ran explained the reason for the scale reduction along with her husband's spirit of service, saying, "That's right, I want him to rest more, but my husband says he wants to treat many people. He's going to make it small."
During the site inspection the two entered an enormous building, and Jang Young-ran, unable to hide her surprise, said, "This looks like 100 pyeong." The building's terms were an enormous amount — a deposit of 250 million won and a monthly rent of 13 million won — and Jang Young-ran showed surprise at the amount once again.
After finishing the inspection, Han Chang mentioned he should also do a site inspection in his hometown, Suncheon.
