broadcaster Do Kyung-wan personally spoke about the "third child plan."
Recently, on the YouTube channel "Dojang TV," a video titled "Dojang couple's official stance on a third child - I was home alone so I had a daytime drink by myself" was posted.
That day Do Kyung-wan said, "I officially announce my stance on a third child," and confessed his honest feelings, saying, "(I gave up on a third child) a long time ago. Ha-young is already in the first grade of elementary school."
He added, "I am confident I can raise a child. I can swaddle perfectly and I can prepare formula with a great wrist snap. But there is a right time for these things."
He said, "There is a reason I kept saying 'third child, third child' for a long time. My own family almost became three siblings originally. That remained as a vague longing," and drew a line, "Officially, there will be no third child now."
Earlier, on ENA's variety show "My Kid's Private Life," when Park Joo-ho said, "There are many households that want to have a third child," Do Kyung-wan responded, "That's exactly me," showing his intent for a third child. But in this video he said he had given up on that idea and added realistic reasons.
Meanwhile, Do Kyung-wan married singer Jang Yoon-jung in 2013 and has a son, Do Yeon-woo, and a daughter, Do Ha-young.
