'Questions from Sohn Suk-hee' G-Dragon said it seems his voice tone changed after completing military service.
The MBC 'Questions from Sohn Suk-hee' that aired five days ago featured G-Dragon. Sohn Suk-hee, pointing out characteristics of G-Dragon that were felt throughout the interview, opened with, "What you say, how should I put it. Is it a composite art?" and drew laughter.
Sohn Suk-hee explained that each of G-Dragon's gestures feels like a dance, and each facial expression shows an effort not to lose his thoughts. In response, G-Dragon said, "I'm myself so I can't think it's strange. I'm like this usually," he said.
He especially lamented that it would be very uncomfortable and impossible to talk without using his hands and feet, adding with a laugh that if his hands and feet were tied, "I couldn't speak. I wouldn't be able to express. Just expressing with the mouth feels like they (my hands and feet) can express so much."
Regarding G-Dragon's "composite art" talking habit, Sohn Suk-hee asked, "You must have been unable to say a word in the military." G-Dragon wittily replied, "Fortunately, you don't need many words there. They don't like people who talk a lot," which provoked bursts of laughter.
G-Dragon also mentioned changes after completing his military service. He said, "(After discharge) my voice got a bit lower," noting it seems his voice tone changed after leaving the military. He explained that originally his voice tone seemed much more falsetto when he spoke.
