Group KISS OF LIFE is beginning full-scale global activities.
KISS OF LIFE's first Japanese mini single "TOKYO MISSION START" is an album that serves as a declaration of their debut on the global stage after securing a dominant position in the domestic music market two years after debut, and includes a total of six tracks, including the original title track "Lucky."
The title track "Lucky" blends various genres harmoniously around contemporary R&B that embodies their identity. The sound evokes nostalgia for early 2000s R&B while showcasing a modern, sophisticated mood; groovy rhythms and the members' vibrant voices deliver enjoyment to listeners.
In addition, representative songs that have been loved at home and abroad, including the pre-released single "Sticky (Japanese Ver.)", "Midas Touch (Japanese Ver.)", and "Shhh (Japanese Ver.)", are newly included in Japanese versions, and listeners can experience KISS OF LIFE's music in diverse ways with "Nobody Knows (Remix)" featuring DJ me-mai and "R.E.M (Remix)", which boldly adds electronic elements through collaboration with DJ SO-SO.
Through this album, KISS OF LIFE delivers a new message about "luck." The confident message that "meeting us will be luck" showcases their frank and bold charm and reminds people of the precious fact that the luck many desire but find hard to grasp is actually always nearby.
Since their 2023 debut, KISS OF LIFE, which established a solid position as a talented girl group by showing outstanding musicality and performance and versatile concept execution over about two years, will begin full-scale entry into overseas markets with this album.
