At the crossroads of X and NEW, the residents' complex emotions begin to surge.
Episode 9 of the TVING original EXchange 4, to be released on the 5th, will see the male and female residents enter a "keyword date" and shift into a pink-tinged mode. In particular, this episode raises expectations by featuring dates led by the male residents' choices for the first time, making the residents' new charms stand out even more.
In episode 8, with the appearance of a new face, the male residents experienced a new turning point in their feelings by encountering the true feelings of those they liked and of X through a "group talking room." Because the sender was thoroughly anonymized, candid conversations took place, and as a result, significant ripples were predicted in the residents' relationships, heightening tension. Accordingly, EXchange 4 has proven its overwhelming content power by ranking first in weekly paid subscriber contributions for five consecutive weeks and first in TV-OTT integrated topicality (as of the 4th).
The ripples from this "group talking room" become even clearer in episode 9. Those who gathered at the EXchange house holding cards of new connections or reunions are confused by uncontrollable emotional changes in the special circumstances. Eventually, the residents turn arrows of resentment toward X, and their conflicts deepen, leading to changes in relationship lines.
In particular, secret exchanges between some residents who could not contain their emotions were caught, and the studio was momentarily enveloped in silence. As dizzying situations were produced one after another, Simon Dominic could not hide his surprise, saying, "I'm really getting goosebumps." The complex expression of emotions—uncertain whether it was conflict or lingering attachment—and completely unexpected developments add to the excitement.
