ILLIT is expanding its musical spectrum by teaming up with popular U.S. producers.
ILLIT (Yoonah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee, Iroha) on the 3rd released the track motion for their single album "NOT CUTE ANYMORE" on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel. According to this, the new release includes two songs in total: the title track of the same name as the single and the B-side "NOT ME."
The title track "NOT CUTE ANYMORE" is a song that intuitively expresses my desire not to be seen as only cute. The song was produced by Jasper Harris, a global producer active with achievements such as a No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and Grammy nominations, bringing out ILLIT's diverse charms. In addition, domestic and international singer-songwriters including Sasha Alex Sloan and youra contributed, raising expectations for what kind of synergy they will create with ILLIT.
The B-side "NOT ME" is a song that boldly declares no one can define me. Pebbles & TamTam, an American female producer duo who sang "Pink Like Suki," which drew attention on global short-form platforms such as TikTok, participated in production. Also, Yoonah, Minju and Moka are credited on the song, which is expected to show both their further growth and ILLIT's unique sensibility.
The concept of the track motion is also interesting. For this single, they used the collage design of British fashion brand "Ashley Williams," which collaborated with ILLIT, and displayed the new song titles sequentially on sparkling LED windows to add a stylish touch.
ILLIT's single album "NOT CUTE ANYMORE" is an honest story of the "I" who has begun to feel that the person the world sees and the person I see are not the same. Following the track motion, concept photos for the new release will be unveiled sequentially on the 10th and 12th.
Ahead of their Nov. 24 comeback, they will hold "2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL ENCORE" for two days on Nov. 8–9 at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa District, Seoul. Tickets for all shows sold out early on the first day of presale.
