Singer-songwriter Shin Seung-hoon successfully wrapped up his solo concert commemorating his 35th debut anniversary.
Shin Seung-hoon held his solo concert "2025 THE Shin Seung-hoon SHOW 'SINCERELY 35'" (hereafter "THE Shin Seung-hoon SHOW") on Nov. 1–2 at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul, meeting with fans. In particular, Nov. 1, the first day of the performance, was Shin Seung-hoon's debut day, giving special meaning to both Shin Seung-hoon and his fans.
"THE Shin Seung-hoon SHOW" is a branded performance bearing Shin Seung-hoon's name. With the Seoul show selling out well in advance, Shin Seung-hoon condensed the essence of 35 years of music onto the stage. To meet fans' expectations, Shin Seung-hoon personally participated in directing, arranging and the set list, among other aspects of the performance, boasting a higher level of completion.
Shin Seung-hoon delivered an unprecedented, ear-pleasing show with a set list of more than 30 songs, including tracks from his recently released 12th studio album "SINCERELY MELODIES," allowing audiences to feel the essence of "Shin Seung-hoon music." With a perfect live performance befitting the moniker "the emperor of ballads," he provided about 210 minutes of deep emotion and resonance, reminding listeners of the power of music.
A "medley to prevent complaints" was also presented. Although many hit songs could not be included in the set list, given his numerous hits, he gathered timeless favorites that fans still talk about and performed them as a medley. Amid abundant fan love, Shin Seung-hoon reinterpreted Na Hoon-a's "Tess-hyung!" and Young Tak's "Why are you there?" to offer another charm.
Also, to provide a rich visual experience, Shin Seung-hoon shared the stage with a band or dancers according to each song's arrangement, and actively used the thrust stage to perform closer to fans while making eye contact. In addition, a colorful composition of special effects such as fireworks, lighting and VCRs increased immersion.
Meanwhile, Shin Seung-hoon's solo concert "THE Shin Seung-hoon SHOW" will continue, starting in Seoul and taking place in Busan on the 7th–8th and Daegu on the 15th–16th.
