Band DAY6 member Dowoon donated 100 million won for treatment costs for pediatric and adolescent patients.
Dowoon delivered a donation of 100 million won to Samsung Medical Center on the afternoon of Oct. 31 to support treatment costs for pediatric and adolescent patients.
Dowoon's donation will be used for surgery, transplants and other treatment costs for pediatric and adolescent patients receiving care at Samsung Medical Center.
Dowoon said, "Thanks to the love and support many fans have sent so far, I was able to take part in this warm act of sharing. I will continue to be grateful for the love I have received and strive to spread a positive influence," she said.
Recently Dowoon, as DAY6, has been carrying out various activities to mark the band's 10th anniversary. DAY6 will hold the 2025 DAY6 special concert "The Present" for three days from Dec. 19 to 21 at KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa District, Seoul, and will meaningfully close out 2025.
