The group Ahop (AHOF) opens a second chapter toward perfection.
Ahop (Steven, Seo Jeong-woo, Cha Ung-gi, Zhang Shuai Bo, Park Han, JL, Park Ju-won, Zeon, Daisuke) will release their second mini album The Passage at 6 p.m. on the 4th on various online music sites and begin full-scale comeback activities.
The Passage is a new song released about four months after their debut album WHO WE ARE, which was released last July. In this album, Ahop transforms into a "rough youth," growing tougher as they go through growing pains on the boundary between boy and adult.
The album contains five songs in total. Ahop will express the complex emotions of youth through the title track Pinocchio hates lies, as well as Ahop, the beginning of the shining number (Intro), Run at 1.5x speed, So I never lose you again, and Sleeping diary (Outro).
Last July, Ahop drew attention as a "monster rookie" upon debut. With mini album 1 WHO WE ARE, they recorded the fifth-highest first-week sales for a boy group debut album in history, and with the title track Let's meet again there (Rendezvous), they won three music show trophies within 10 days of debut.
In this album the members are determined to show a more grown-up look and music filled with sincerity. Upgraded in every way from visuals and skills to tight teamwork, Ahop returns. Expectations are rising for what all-weather activities they will carry out with The Passage.
At 6 p.m. on the 4th, Ahop will release the song and music video for The Passage's title track Pinocchio hates lies. At 8 p.m. the same day they will hold a comeback fan showcase. The fan showcase will be broadcast live on Ahop's official YouTube channel and on the global fandom platform Weverse.
