The star who dominated autumn K-MUSIC was Lim Young-woong.
Global standard K-pop chart "KM Chart (KM Chart)" announced the KM Chart October monthly chart results on its official website on the 31st of last month. This chart featured musicians crossing genres such as trot, idols and soloists, showing K-pop's diversity that broke down generational and taste boundaries.
First, the No. 1 in the K-MUSIC (music) category was Lim Young-woong's "Like an eternal moment." With delicate emotional lines and a deeply compelling vocal, it captured listeners' hearts and was named the most loved song this autumn. No. 2 was PLAVE's "Hide-and-seek," and No. 3 was Youngtak's "Juicy Go." Following them, Jin (BTS)'s "Don't Say You Love Me," Monsta X's "N the Front," TOMORROW X TOGETHER's "Beautiful Strangers," WOODS's "I'll Never Love Again," and J-Hope (BTS)'s "Killin' It Girl" formed the top eight in ranking order.
Lim Young-woong also took the top spot in the K-MUSIC ARTIST (artist) category. Youngtak was No. 2, PLAVE was No. 3, and Jin (BTS), Highlight, Lee Chan-won, BOYNEXTDOOR, Monsta X, V (BTS) and Dayoung (WJSN) filled the upper ranks in order.
In the HOT CHOICE (popular) male category, Lim Young-woong again took first place, proving his overwhelming popularity. He was followed by Jimin (BTS), Monsta X, PLAVE, WayV, Jin (BTS), J-Hope (BTS), Lee Chan-won, Seven to Eight, and n.SSign in the top 10. In the female category, Dreamcatcher took first place and continued their strong performance. They were followed by Woogi (IVE), Kep1er, Jennie (BLACKPINK), XG, Xsin, VIVIZ, izna, ITZY and Hwasa (Mamamoo).
New artists also stood out. In the ROOKIE (new) male category, CORTIS took first place, attracting attention. They were followed by AHOF, NouerA, NEXZ, Close Your Eyes, NOWZ, NEWBEAT, IDID, AxMxP and idntt. In the ROOKIE (new) female category, izna ranked first. UNIS, BABYMONSTER, Hearts2Hearts, ILLIT, SAY MY NAME, iii, AtHeart and ifeye followed.
