'Sadanggwi' Jun Hyun-moo recoiled at his first-ever run.
On the Feb. 2 broadcast of KBS2's 'The CEO's Ears Are Donkey Ears,' Um Ji-in, Jun Hyun-moo, Jung Ho-young and Heo Yu-won were shown running in the rain in Türkiye.
That morning, on the fourth day of their business trip to Türkiye, the four gathered on the coastal road. Jun Hyun-moo grumbled, "I'm someone who doesn't even run in Korea. What are you doing?" and Um Ji-in said, "If you're on a business trip you should manage your fitness," adding, "I always do fasted runs in the morning. Even on business trips I manage myself. I'm just following my usual routine."
Apparently Um Ji-in and Jung Ho-young are part of a running crew. Um Ji-in said, "It so happened that Chef Jung Ho-young enjoys running, so I thought Chef Ho-young would be there and I wanted to get Yu-won and senior Hyun-moo to join the running crew, so I suggested we meet in the morning."
Jun Hyun-moo said, "It's the first time I've ever run in my life," and Heo Yu-won objected, "But it's so cold." However, Um Ji-in said, "You really run properly when it rains. Once you taste it properly you'll keep running, right?" and asked Jung Ho-young for agreement, "Haven't you done a lot of running in the rain?"
Jung Ho-young said, "It's nice to run when it rains..." and seeing that, Jun Hyun-moo said, "Among us, you run the most, so what's with your body!" pointing at his belly fat. Jung Ho-young defended himself, "You have to run properly," and Um Ji-in asked, "Why are you wearing sunglasses in the rain?" Jung Ho-young explained, "To block the rain," and Jun Hyun-moo jokingly invoked a lookalike, "Do you like 'Fly, Superboard'?" drawing laughter.
When the run started in earnest, Jung Ho-young, who was ahead, expressed satisfaction, "Runners run when it rains. If you think it's okay to get wet, it's so refreshing. It was a perfect day." On the other hand, Jun Hyun-moo fell further behind, and after ups and downs finishing the 3 km he pleaded, "I don't think I'll do it again. I'm very tired," adding, "Everything drains out; 3 km is tough."
After finishing the run, Um Ji-in said, "Hassan called earlier and said his acquaintance has a wedding and invited us. He said there's a henna night the night before the wedding." Heo Yu-won asked, "Can we go?" and Um Ji-in suggested, "They're inviting everyone. Let's go."
Heo Yu-won asked, "Can we walk there?" and Jun Hyun-moo tried to bow out, "Call a taxi! Where are you running to?" but he was swept up by the mood and ended up running again. Um Ji-in urged, "Hurry up," and Jun Hyun-moo, looking at the leading Jung Ho-young, shouted, "Why does that guy run so well? Hey, it's the flying pork cutlet!" drawing laughter.
