'Mr. Home Life 2' cast member Ji Sang-ryeol awakened his feelings for Shin Bo-ram and declared he would become her cat.
On the 1st, the KBS2TV variety show 'Mr. Home Life 2' began with Ji Sang-ryeol's disappointment after the rosy tension with 16-year-younger shopping host Shin Bo-ram was suddenly hit by a gust of wind and stopped. Ji Sang-ryeol's sister-in-law urged her younger brother-in-law to do anything, but Ji Sang-ryeol lay down, refusing to eat or speak as if it was already over.
To comfort and help Ji Sang-ryeol, Kim Jong-min and Park Seo-jin visited his home. Lee Yo-won asked, "Does Eun Ji-won make slips of the tongue?" and inquired about Eun Ji-won's case. Eun Ji-won laughed and said, "If I made a slip of the tongue, I wouldn't have been able to remarry."
The situation began when Ji Sang-ryeol allegedly hurt Shin Bo-ram by making remarks about menopause and telling her to fly away, among other comments. Also, on the day they first met at a company dinner, Shin Bo-ram asked Ji Sang-ryeol for his number, but Ji Sang-ryeol brusquely replied, "Why is the phone ringing?" and embarrassed her. Ji Sang-ryeol meant it as shyness, but Park Seo-jin saw it as a situation that was already over. However, Lee Yo-won and Kim Jong-min disagreed and waved their hands.
Park Seo-jin said, "Maybe because I've never experienced rejection, I thought that's what happens when you get rejected," making a comment fitting his lifelong single status. Kim Jong-min said, "I rushed over because Sang-ryeol said something bad happened, that it was over," and, as a married person, advised Ji Sang-ryeol to explain many expressions and emotions. Ji Sang-ryeol and Park Seo-jin did not understand that remark. Lee Yo-won said, "It's good when men express themselves a lot," and "I no longer say it to my husband," and urged him to express love anyway.
Lee Yo-won emphasized again, "I really like men who express themselves. If you can't express it, you should fix it. If you haven't tried expressing it, it won't come out." Kim Jong-min made a similar comment, "First, try saying it. Even if the feeling isn't there."
However, Park Seo-jin, who is always cold about lifelong singlehood, said sternly, "How can you say you love someone if you don't have feelings? That's like trash." Eun Ji-won said, "I agree with Seo-jin," and likewise recoiled. Lee Yo-won said, "That's not it. If you say 'I love you' once, the feeling will grow more," and Park Seo-jin countered, "Rather than saying 'I love you' 100 times, it's better to tell the person you truly love once."
Ji Sang-ryeol's thinking changed. He realized that jokes he shares with close friends could be hurtful to Shin Bo-ram. Shin Bo-ram said, "You should speak more nicely," and Ji Sang-ryeol promised with aegyo, "If you tell me to be a cat, I'll be a cat. Meow."
Then Park Seo-jin immediately called, asking, "Hyung, are you dating?" Eun Ji-won asked, "So what happened?" Ji Sang-ryeol subtly indicated that the rosy tension had resumed, saying, "So far it's okay. It's warm. Don't worry."
