Heo Yeong then asked Mimi, who had been busy, "In the early days after debut, you only had group schedules and no individual schedules, right?"
Mimi answered, "I had none at all. I was keeping watch at home. I was like the dog guarding the house," and recalled, "Some days we were shooting commercials and the members were all like fairies. She continued, "It was a cosmetics commercial, but my concept didn't fit. I was the only one left in the waiting room. The other members all went to the shoot; it was upsetting. Before that I had done everything I could. I practiced looking innocent in the mirror and tried to act innocent, but it didn't work. There was nothing I could do," and confessed, "I think the sense of emptiness was very large."
Heo Yeong encouraged her, saying, "Mimi also had that kind of pain," and Mimi shouted, "But only those who endure survive. Those who endure win. Life is about enduring."
