The group VVUP is dominating YouTube trending worldwide with their new song "House Party."
VVUP (Kim, Paen, Suyeon, Jiyun)'s music video for the pre-release track "House Party" from their first mini album, released on Oct. 22, surpassed 10 million views as of Oct. 31, showcasing intense popularity.
"House Party" is an electronic song that blends polished synth sounds with lively house beats, delivering a club mood drenched in cyber sensibility and neon lights with powerful addictiveness. A dynamic shuffle dance is added to a melody anyone can easily follow, making it emerge as the new 2025 "suneung ban song" (exam-ban song).
The music video depicts a surreal party in a digital world where the boundary between virtual and real is erased, offering viewers an enchanting sense of immersion as we all enjoy ourselves wearing "filters."
In particular, VVUP reinterpreted Korean elements such as dokkaebi and tiger with their own sensibility, receiving strong responses. VVUP showcased hip charm with trendy visuals that combine tradition and modernity.
